Earlier in his career, he was an associate professor at Daegu Catholic University Medical Center from 2000 to 2008, also serving on the board of directors for the school from 2005 to 2006. Likewise, he most recently spent time as vice president of the Korean Pain Society from 2017 to 2018, which he cites as a highlight of his career.

Dr. Park began his career as a student at Keimyung University, where he obtained a Doctor of Medicine in 1990. He later joined Kyungpook National University, earning a Doctor of Philosophy in 2003. A member of the Korean Society of Anesthesiologists and Korean Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Society, he is also a former reviewer for the Korean Society of Anesthesiologists.

Throughout his career, Dr. Park has been recognized for his contributions. He has received multiple awards and accolades for his achievements and accomplishments, including the Best Paper Award from the Korean Pain Society in 2013. He has been featured in numerous honors publications, including the eighth edition of Who’s Who in Medicine and Healthcare and the 12th edition of Who’s Who in Science and Engineering.
