WEBGATE released HD DVR dedicated storage, NS04R
Daemyung Enterprise, WEBGATE division has full line-up of HD-CCTV DVR models which are based on HD-SDI transmission technology. WEBGATE released a new storage, NS04R, for the HD DVR’s storage expansion.
For the reliability of recorded data, NS04R has DVR dedicated file system(VFS, Video File System) and also, supports RAID function in addition. A user can configure RAID level 1/5/10, and because it supports Auto-Rebuilding function, user can easily exchange the damaged hard disk with new one without stopping the video recording.
Generally, DVR’s file system is using Linux, so it cannot be recognized by Microsoft Windows system. But WEBGATE’s CMS program, Control Center, can serve these functions. Users can perform search, playback, backup at his/her PC using the hard disk which was used for NS04R.
WEBGATE’s all HD DVR series basically support storage expansion using eSATA port. Moreover, by providing the easiest external storage interface method through NS04R as well as PoC(Power over Coax), CoC(Control over Coax), and DoubleReachTM features, WEBGATE is supporting much easier design, installation and operation of HD-CCTV system.
