‘CellAct-Medium series’ includes ① superior effective microorganisms developed from each field for various purposes developed through several years of study ② the high-quality, low-cost culture medium for safely incubating superior useful microorganisms. ‘CellAct-F series’ includes ③ the One-stop self-cultivation fermenter for optimized incubating of various superior useful microorganisms. ‘CellAct-Application programs’ includes ④ the organic farming program (application method) for using superior effective microorganisms. Currently, such microorganisms are directly distributed to farm houses all over the country through local governments and Agricultural Technology Center. These activities are contributing greatly in reducing chemical pesticides, fertilizers and disinfectant drugs. Instead of using them, effective microorganisms can be used to promote eco-friendly organic farming.
Plus, the CellAct business started by Doosan EcoBizNet Co., Ltd. allows the consumers to personally produce effective microorganisms if they are willing. Also, the business will provide the optimal solution to realize sustainable eco-friendly organic farming by compounding and using various organisms to suit the purpose of each program.
Important equipment for microorganism incubation, culture medium CellAct-F series is a Small and Medium Business Administration- funded research institute-research equipment utilization technology development project in 2012. The technology was developed in cooperation with Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI). With the patent pending, it optimized the inside of the culture medium through the CFD analysis (first time in Korea). Thus, the stirring effect was improved over 20 percent and allowed over 18 percent increase in microbial concentration compare to other products.
This device includes the auto-control program that controls the incubation by types of microorganisms and incubation step, thus enables the users who are not familiar with professional knowledge on microorganism to easily operate the device. If the user selects the types of microorganisms and the amount to be incubated, the device automatically processes everything from incubation to storage. The quality of incubation is also even.
Moreover, if effective microorganisms other than the one above are to be incubated arbitrarily, it provides the ‘user mode’ that allows the user to conveniently change the type of incubation. With the updates provided by Doosan EcoBizNet Co., Ltd. that follow continuous R&D on superior useful microorganism, the device has expandability.
CellAct is currently being exported to China and Vietnam. It will soon be exported to South Africa. The goal is to launch the device in Korea in the first half of next year.
