Fiber-optic converter 4 models conform HD-SDI transmission standard of SMPTE-292M and support HD video resolution of 1080p25/30, 1080i50/60, 720p25/30/50/60. Besides video signal, they can transmit RS485 data signal for PTZ control or camera OSD control through single-mode optical cable up to 20Km.
All models have BNC connector for HD-SDI interface, and LC type connector for optic interface. Because HD-SDI port has surge arrestor circuit, it can minimize the damage of product by high voltage inflow. All models have power, video, data and optical link LED indicators, so user can easily identify the operating condition of converters.
Besides HD-SDI DVR and camera models, fiber-optic converters are one of the essential auxiliary products that make up HD-CCTV system along with HD-SDI repeater, HD-SDI signal distributor, converters between HD-SDI and HDMI, converters between analog video and HD video.
