UAM is also excited to announce the arrival of ex-Virgin Atlantic airlines A340- 311 MSN 003. The disassembly of the aircraft in France, as well as the sale of material from this aircraft, will be managed from UAM's Paris office.
During the past 20 years, UAM has inducted over 200 aircraft into the UAM End-of-Life Recycling Program. Now administered at UAM's Tupelo, MS disassembly facility, these projects are the greenest approach to aircraft fleet retirements. UAM follows a very detailed work scope outline for each disassembly to ensure the projects are completed in a safe, timely, and environmentally friendly manner.
Headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, UAM is an environmentally friendly industry leader in aircraft recycling and reusable inventory. The company operates in nine locations globally and currently manages in excess of 600,000 inventory items and sells to more than 1,200 customers worldwide.
