The company built the newcorporate headquarter building and factory, which was equipped with the GMP (production of outstanding medical products) facility, in the Chuncheon G-Tech Village of the Gangwon-do biopharmaceutical complex in June last year. And subsequently, it plunged into a full-fledged mass production system upon acquiring the permission for manufacturing veterinary drug products and item permission from the Quarantine and Inspection Division of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheriesin June last year.
There are already approximately 10 items that are waiting for permission to be released upon completing the research. First, the items to be produced are the powders and liquid medication, and it is slated to produce injections soon upon acquiring item permission.
Thus, there will be approximately 10 new products, which could not have been seen in the domestic market so far, to be available for livestock producers next year upon acquiring the official item permission from the Quarantine and Inspection Division of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
“We have so far supplied the veterinary drug products to livestock farmers through producing them based on OEM (original equipment manufacturing). However, since we now have our own factory and items to enter the veterinary drug product market, we will further expand export market abroad as well as the domestic market with the full-fledged mass production system,” the industry official said.
