
A Korean medical device enterprise, GOODPL, launched ‘GP-120D’, a medical laser irradiation apparatus
‘GP-120D’ is made up of a body, suction cup, suction cable, laser pad, pad cable and power cable. Users can use this device by choosing the region and can easily operate the device through application of Membrane system.
‘GP-120D’ uses the low-level laser diode. The laser wavelength of PAD and CUP is 635nm and 658nm, and the output of PAD and CUP is 5mW and 50mW respectively.
Being a deep heating laser irradiation apparatus, ‘GP-120D’ produces the heat through the high-frequency waves, provides the electrical stimulation through the low-frequency waves, and relieve the pain through the process of irradiating the laser to a deep part of the skin.
‘GP-120D’ was developed as the product this June by GOODPL, after GOODPL started the research and development from June 2011, through a scene-custom development support project by Human Resources Management Service of Korea, and was finally approved for the medical device manufacturing license from KFDA in August.
‘GP-120D’ is now patent pending for the major system-relevant high frequency wave/laser medical device, and GOODPL has completed to register a suction cup which is one of the major accessories for the Korean patent and to apply for the foreign PCT.
Also, GOODPL sets forth an exclusive contract with a distributor in China, and is in preparation for acquiring the Chinese SFDA Certification late this year.
Besides, since established in 2005, GOODPL has developed about 30 products of muscle massage device, low frequency stimulator and water pressure massage device, and has achieved the constant growth in sales. GOODPL has multiple international specifications such as ISO13485, ISO9001, ISO14001, etc., and has obtained the Venture certification and the Innobiz certification among Korea-top three small and medium business certification programs.
