KaMin LLC Announces CADAM S.A. Restructure
This restructuring will right-size CADAM's operations in order to create a long-term sustainable business model. This restructuring will lead to a reduction in workforce and will enable CADAM to streamline operations so it can flex its resources to match its demand.
Ernest Gay, CADAM's General Manager, states, “This was a difficult decision, but one that is needed in order for CADAM to continue to supply high quality clay to our customers while maintaining a long-term sustainable business model.”
