Citibank Korea hosts the ‘First of the Firsts Lafite Rothschild & Citi Card Dinner’

SEOUL--(Korea Newswire)--Citibank Korea Inc.(CEO Yung-Ku Ha, www.citibank.co.kr) co-hosts a 2-week wine gala dinner with Chateau Lafite Rothschild, a world-recognized French wine estate, in celebration of its 200th anniversary to offer first wine & top-notch cuisine prepared by the best Korean chefs.

During the Special Dinner week(May 7(Mon.)~11(Fri.)), a complementary Rothschild wine including the Legende Bordeaux Blanc for banquets will be offered. During the Private Dinner week(May 14(Mon.)~18(Fri.)), Chateau Lafite Rothschild, first classified as Premier Crus by Napoleon III in 1885, will be provided.

Restaurants offering high-end cuisine that goes along with this premium wine are ‘Elbon the Table’ run by chef Hyunsuk Choi, famous for new recipes, a modern Korean cuisine ‘Bistro Seoul’ run by chef Hyunjung Choi, a summa cum laude CIA graduate with 12 years of experience, a Zagat first-rated fine dining kitchen ‘Gourmet Eo’ of chef Yunkwon Eo, ‘July’ of chef Sedeuk Oh, a French culinary artist incorporating nature into food and ‘La Saveur’ of chef Gyongsu Jin, a summa cum laude Cordon Bleu graduate.
