SEOUL--(Korea Newswire)--Thousands of booksellers, publishers, authors and agents are at Book Expo America, the annual national convention, which is North America's largest gathering of book trade professionals attracting an international audience, on May 24, at the Jacob K. Javits Center, New York.

Featured authors include Pulitzer Prize winning novelist Jeff Eugenides, Man Booker Prize winner Anne Enright and South Korean evangelical author Dr. Jaerock Lee, who has been chosen as Top 10 most influential Christian leader.

In the New Title Showcase, Dr. Lee's representative book “Understanding the Message of the Cross of Jesus Christ”, which has been published into 21 languages, featured.

Urim Books discussed with many foreign publishers about the publication and distribution of Lee‘s books. Especially, Amazon.com Inc. has been a longtime presence as a retailer, but for the first time has a booth dedicated to its ever-expanding book publishing program and discussed with Lee’s book publishing.

And Urim displayed the books titled “Heaven” and “Hell” and its translations, which topic has recently been a big discussion point in America, and also around the world.

The book fair runs through May 26, this week.
