SEOUL--(Korea Newswire)--Citibank Korea, Inc. (CEO Ha Yung Ku, www.citibank.co.kr) held a seminar on Letter of Credit for corporate clients with the Korea Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI) on Sep. 10.

The seminar was hosted by KCCI, and sponsored by Citibank as part of Citi’s efforts to realize “Client First”, one of its core value. The seminar covered practical knowledge of Import and Export such as how to prepare the documentation for Letter of Credit and issuance of LC application so that corporate can enhance Letter of Credit risk mangement.

Around 130 trade experts from 100 companies including large corporate and SMEs participated to listen to the lecture of Mr. Yong-Hyuk Jeung, Certified Documentary Credit Specialist of Citibank.

“This seminar got very positive feedback from participants, for it covered practical knowledge of import and export which working-level staff were deeply interested in.”, said a staff of KCCI.
