The five goals by sector are 'Government Serving the People,' 'Lively Market Economy,' 'Active Welfare,' 'Country Rich in Talent' and 'Contributing Member of the International Community.' One of the goals originally drawn up by the Presidential Transition Committee was a 'Global Korea,' but after further discussion and deliberation, we decided to replace it with a 'Contributing Member of the International Community,' which sounds much better.
