CKI, Launching ‘Wonderful Day Discount Loan’
Customers who are enjoying wonderful moments in life such as employment or marriage of themselves or of their children, new car purchase, childbirth, collage admission of children, etc. may apply for the Citi UPL product and get 1% discount over the whole period of the loan. This translates into an annual discount of KRW 300,000 for customers with a loan of KRW 30 million. Not only young customers in their 20s and 30s who experience employment , marriage and childbirth but also those in their 40s through 60s facing collage enrollment and marriage of their children will find this product attractive.
The “Wonderful Day Discount Loan” is the latest product of Citi’s “Discount UPL” series, launched following “Perfect Discount Loan” which deducts linked account balance from interest rate calculation, “UPL with Deeper Discount” which provides additional discount of up to 2.2% a year corresponding to transaction performance, and “UPL with First Year Discount” which discounts spread by 30% in the first year.
The “Wonderful Day Discount Loan” is offered with a limit of KRW 130 million and an annual minimum rate of 5.5% (as of June 1st 2011, cyclical floating rates on 3 month basis).
